Our business concept is creating value growth by investing in small to medium sized companies that have; a high growth potential, a high degree of technological features, readily tangible customer benefits, a complete product or service, a minimum of one paying customer, motivated and independent contractors.
We believe in co-ownership as a form of remuneration. We also want the key personnel in our co-owned companies to be our partners and to have significant ownership in the respective companies. ITP Invest always invest together with corporate management.
ITP Invest was established in the beginning of 1995 by Staffan Persson and Peter Lindell and has to this day made over 40 investments primarily in Sweden and the Nordic region. Out of these investments 25 have been sold. The minimum and maximum amount per investment is 5 MSEK to 20 MSEK respectively.
