When ITP Invest makes an investment we have a few important criteria and fundamental requirements that we place great emphasis on:
- A management/owner who has the ability and stamina to lead the company to a position as an established player in the market.
- That the business concept is well defined; that we understand it and also that we can contribute more than just financing.
We're in the same boat
At ITP Invest we apply the "boat principle," which means that we search for ownership constellations with investment objectives where all owners are in the same boat. This means that if everything goes well and everyone profits, then we sail towards success together. However, if the project is not profitable, then we all sink together.
Companies with good growth
ITP Invest is interested in investing in companies that have a potential for becoming an established player in its own marketplace with good growth opportunities. We are also interested in companies that can act as a complement to those companies in which we are already partial owners today.

Furthermore it is of great importance that the entrepreneur in the company can refer to previous experience in successfully running a business, project or business unit with clear business objectives.
In order for us to evaluate an investment we need a brief and clear overview of the following:
- A current description of the company (business concept, products/services, customers, financial status and market).
- Key staff and their backgrounds.
- Short and long-term plans.
- Owners and Board of Directors.
- Capital requirements.
